Terms of Service

Last updated September 16, 2026

JARVIS OS is operated by Founder Drew LLC ("we", "us"). By joining the membership and signing in, you agree to what is written below. It is written in plain English on purpose.

1. Membership and access

Access to JARVIS OS comes with your paid membership in the Jarvis OS community on Skool. Your membership there controls your access here. Access ends when your membership ends. If you cancel or your payment fails, your account here stops working, usually within minutes.

You sign in with a link emailed to the address you joined Skool with. Keep that mailbox secure. One membership is for one person; do not share your sign-in link.

2. Your own API key and costs

JARVIS OS thinks using your own Anthropic API key. You supply it, you own that account, and you are responsible for all usage and charges Anthropic bills you. We never add our own key as a fallback and we cannot control or refund your Anthropic spend. Your membership fee does not include model usage.

You are also responsible for your own accounts with any other tool you connect, such as Notion or a scheduler.

3. Review of chats

Drew and any admin he designates may read your chats and run logs to fix problems and improve the product. Never paste passwords, API keys or other secrets into chat. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and who can see it.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

JARVIS OS is a tool. We do not promise revenue, followers, views, savings, accuracy or any other result. AI output can be wrong, so review anything before you publish it, send it or file it. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

5. Refunds

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your membership, handled through Skool where you were billed. Request it in Skool or message Drew there. We do not refund Anthropic or other third party charges.

6. Modules may change

Modules, integrations, limits and features are added, changed or removed as the product develops. A module you use today may work differently later, and some modules require a higher tier. We will not remove something core without telling members.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JARVIS OS to:

  • break the law or anyone else's rights, including copyright
  • create spam, scams, harassment, hate or sexual content involving minors
  • impersonate a person or business you do not represent
  • resell, sublicense or rebrand JARVIS OS as your own product
  • scrape, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service
  • upload material you do not have the rights to

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, with a refund of any unused membership time.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put in and what Jarvis produces for you. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can run, and to review it as described above.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Founder Drew LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell members in Skool. Questions: team@FounderDrew.com.

JARVIS OS is an independent product by Founder Drew LLC. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Marvel, Disney, or any 'Jarvis'-named product. 'Jarvis' is used as a generic name for an AI assistant.
