Privacy Policy

• Your email address, membership status and tier
• Your business profile answers: business name, handle, niche, audience, offers, voice notes, timezone
• Your chats with Jarvis and the drafts or files it produces
• Run logs: what a module did, when, and whether it worked
• Files you upload for the Video Editor
• Support messages, bug reports, Lab requests, votes and recipes
• Basic technical records such as sign-in attempts and rate limit hits
• Your API keys and integration tokens, encrypted in a secrets vault. They are never shown back to your browser and never written to logs.

Drew and any admin he designates can see your account, profile, chats, runs and support messages, so he can fix problems and improve Jarvis. Other members cannot see anything of yours, except a Lab recipe you choose to publish. Nobody, including Drew, can read your API keys back out in plain text through the app.

• Anthropic - runs the AI on your own key. Your prompts and business context are sent there.
• Notion - if you connect it for the Finance Tracker.
• OneUp - if you connect it for content scheduling.
• Supabase and Lovable - hosting, database, file storage and the secrets vault.
• Kit - sends product and support email.
• Skool - handles your membership and billing, and tells us whether you are active.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share only what a feature needs to work.

Account and profile data is kept while you are a member. Chats and run logs are kept for up to 24 months so history and reports work, then removed. Uploaded video files are kept for 30 days. Technical records such as sign-in attempts are kept for 90 days. Keys and tokens are deleted the moment you remove them or your account is deleted.

Email team@FounderDrew.com to get a copy of your data or have it deleted. We action deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. You can remove a stored key yourself at any time on the Setup page.

Sign-in is by emailed link only, so there is no password to steal. Data is encrypted in transit, database access is restricted per member, and secrets live in an encrypted vault. We also strip anything that looks like a key or token out of chat before it is stored. No system is perfect, so please do not paste secrets into chat.

JARVIS OS is for business owners aged 18 and over. Our services are hosted in the United States, so your data is processed there.
